USER COMMENTS

SAVI users have the option of uploading their comments on the website. SPECIFIC BEAUTY SALON TERMS

ARRIVAL TIME

It is important that you arrive for your beauty appointment on time so that you do not miss one minute of your treatment. As a matter of courtesy, we will require you to arrive at least 10 minutes in advance for your appointment so that we do not keep other customers who have appointments waiting. You agree and accept that we may postpone your appointment to a later date, as to be determined by us, or cancel your appointment altogether without a refund if you arrive late for your appointment.

CANCELATIONS

Should you choose to cancel your appointment, you must give us at least 48 hours’ notice to qualify for our refund. Failure to contact us 48 hours before your scheduled appointment or a no show will attract a charge of 50 CHF to reschedule.

OUR RIGHT TO POSTPONE

You understand and accept that SAVI has the right to postpone your appointment at any time if we deem such a postponement necessary. We will exercise this right in case of an electrical problem, an unexpected problem with any of our devices or for any other unforeseen circumstance.

OUR RIGHT TO DENY SERVICES

You understand and accept that we have the right to deny our services to anyone without the requirement of an explanation. We will exercise this right as often as we deem it necessary to.

UNDERSTANDING OUR TREATMENT PROTOCOL

We will always provide you with a treatment protocol for the exact beauty treatment service that you plan to procure from us. The treatment protocol contains all the required information, as well as the pros and cons of the beauty treatment you are planning to undertake. By signing the treatment protocol, we will assume that you have read it in its entirety, understand it fully, and agree with all its specific terms.

EXPECTED RESULTS VERSUS ACTUAL RESULTS

You understand and accept that actual results derived from a particular beauty treatment may differ (whether significantly or otherwise) from the expected results. We will not under any circumstances assume responsibility or be legally liable if you do not obtain your expected results, as several other factors, including your use of certain medications and your lifestyle choices, may have an impact on the results that you do obtain.

SURVELLIANCE

Our studio is camera-supervised to ensure the highest level of professionalism by our staff. You understand and accept that your actions may be captured by the said security cameras when you are on our premises.

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

We expect all clients to make use of any promotional offer that we may offer them within the stipulated promo time. All promo appointments will be considered made if you do not show up for the appointment. We will not offer a refund of the promo offer.

SECURITY

We will only use your credit card number or gift certificate number to secure your appointment.

PURCHASING RETAIL PRODUCTS

We offer certain retail products for the benefit of our clientele. You agree that beauty products must be paid for in full at the time of purchase or ordering.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

We ask that you inform your beauty technician of any medical condition that you may have, including pregnancy, before you book any treatment appointment, so that we can determine if your proposed statement is appropriate for you.

CHILDREN

We will under no circumstances accommodate any child under 12 except the minor is supervised by an adult during your treatment.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

This website, as well as our offered products and services are offered as available and as is, without any warranties or representation of any kind, be it direct or implied, and be it of title, durability, merchantability, suitability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not make any representation that your use of the service will be uninterrupted, timely, safe or error-free.

We do not give any assurances as per the accuracy or reliability of the results that you may obtain from your use of the service. This means that we do not in any way warrant that the results that you will obtain from using this service will be accurate or reliable. INDEMNIFICATION

You hereby warrant that you will indemnify and hold SAVI and all its directors, officers, staffs, interns, associates, agents, suppliers, service providers, contractors, or licensors innocent and blameless against any and all claims, costs and expenses (including without limitation legal fees and accounting costs), and all damages as it relates to your use of the SAVI website or your breach of these terms.

ENFORCEABILITY
